Self Assessment deadlines for the 2024/25 tax year
- Register for Self Assessment 5th October 2025
- Submit a paper tax return 31st October 2025
- Submit an online tax return 31st January 2026*
- Pay any tax 31st January 2026
*Submit your paperwork to Turas before 1st November 2025
Limited Company deadlines
- File annual accounts with Companies House 9 months after your company’s year end**
- Pay any Corporation Tax owed 9 months & 1 day after the year end
- File a company tax return 12 months after the year end
VAT deadlines
- Submit VAT return and pay any tax 1 month and 7 days after the period end
